2022 Catch Up

It's 2023 now, but I forgot to post about the rest of 2022, so let me do that first before I announce exciting things for the new year! (Where did the time go!?)

I was invited again to participate in MAP's Under 500 Exhibition in their gallery space and online. This is such a fun December event! Four of my en plein air flower paintings were exhibited and two found new homes. <3

In August and September, two of my paintings hung in the historic Peale Museum in SPARK New Light curated by Catherine Borg. This was such an honor! The building is beautiful and recently underwent renovations. The other work by faculty and students from Towson University and UMBC was outstanding.

In September, I exhibited along with fellow Towson University MFA students and graduates at Rhizome DC. It was a hot day installing! Here I am with some of my small en plein air flower paintings. A big thank you for Jack Livingston and Tonia Matthews for organizing and to the staff at Rhizome.
